InnerVisions

Support Resources

For when you need more than a journal.

What this space can hold, and what it can't

InnerVisions is built for inner work. Your journal can hold dark material, difficult feelings, grief, anger, confusion, shame. That is appropriate use. Writing honestly about hard things is not a problem to be flagged. It is the point.

But this tool has edges. Your entries are encrypted at rest, but more importantly InnerVisions is not architected to scan or screen your content – we don't monitor for keywords, distress signals, or anything else. We will not detect a crisis. We cannot alert anyone on your behalf. We cannot call someone for you. And we cannot replace a human who can sit with you, hear your voice, and respond in real time. This space is for inner work. When you need something the inner work can't give you yet – a real voice, real hands, real presence – please reach out to one of these.

What InnerVisions does and doesn't share

We do not monitor your journal. We do not scan for keywords, flag entries, or auto-alert anyone – ever. We will never share your entries with a crisis service, a family member, or any third party – even after a crisis – except under valid legal compulsion (such as a court order). This commitment extends beyond a single moment of crisis. It extends to after death too – we do not transfer journal access to family, executors, or anyone else, except under valid legal compulsion. (See our Privacy Policy.) Your privacy is preserved even in the hardest moments. That is not a limitation. It is a promise.
